Wanna bet, i can spawn items, but i just cant keep them nor trade them. i have to edit the cache so it doesnt auto delte them.

You need to access the Jagex servers to be able to hack but then they will notice a different IP address connecting to their servers trace you then sue you for hacking in to their servers.
