Anyways my mouse works fine but when i dont run something as admin the right click mouse will just have a shadow and nothing will show up also when im in google chrome the right click of the mouse wont show anything either.

Try a different mouse, if the problem consists you can narrow it down to a setting in your computer somewhere, quote me for further help :y:

Try a different mouse to see whether your comp is not working or your mouse is not working. Just like Troll said =D

Is it an old mouse? You should probably try updating the mouse drivers.
