get viusal basics, then watch tuturails how to use it. then but the stuf fyou want, and then code the program

Yea visual basics works and some other programs can help you out with that. I beleive Dreamweaver can aswell. Smile

Don't learn Visual Basic. There are many better languages out there, like C#, Java, Python, and C++...
