(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have taken ownership of a used computer (old family)
And i am wondering if there is anyway to change the username under

I am running Windows XP Proffesional

C:\Documents and Settings\My Username\My Documents\

As an example into my documents.
because the name is of my other sibling but i want to remove that name off the path and replace it with my own.

also when i open command prompt the command line starts with
C:\Documents and Settings\My Name>_

And i would just like to know how to change the name or the actual root itself.

Also when i try to edit the name under documents and settings i will get this message
Is a windows system folder and is required to run properly. It can not be renamed or moved
