Read the readme that is the controller. Ubuntu by default does not support the controller so you have to install it manually. Since it is ubuntu you have to add "sudo" in front of every command.

dude i have two computers right now ! the one with ubuntu [it is dual-boot with windows 7] and the second [im using this to talk with you] have windows xp ! How i transfer the file to ubuntu !? via pendrive,etc... !?

Just download the file and put it on a usb and copy it over to the one with ubuntu.
