Well take an in depth look at runelocus. Did you port forward, and are you using no ip?

I did port forward and i am using no-ip but in your gui where it says serverip=whatever do you put your no-ip or your ip with the port forward there?

Change the IP to the "link" you made

eg. "www.ctheamazing.no-ip" or whatever it is
