Because I've seen some interesting hacking tutorials on the net and I would like to share them with you guys.

(Some jackass gave me neg rep twice after I posted a tutorial from a different website when I clearly posted the original source.)

Yes you can, post the source and the TUT in spoiler/php/code (or whatever it's called)

Yes you can just copypaste it with credits, but no one will like it.
Just write it again with your own words

People won't appreciate it as much if it's c/p.

If you spend your time and work on it then you'll be rewarded more.

It depends on the info ofcourse, if it's important info and helped alot of people.. they won't -rep you because u c/p it.

Explain in your own words, but leave eventual quotes intact. Sources are a must.
