did you get a cpanel? i dont know your level of use, but first getting to the cpanel though the server ip, then go down to ftp access and you can upload files though an external source or through the website

Check you're junk.. It sometimes happens. Call there help phone, with you're godaddy info on hand. They'll gladly sort it out!
