Depends theres a couple ways.

1) Burn the windows 7 ISO onto a disk and boot your comp from it.
2) Boot it from a USB using my thread. You must login or register to view this content.
3) Use windows anytime upgrade( Type that in RUN ) Im not sure if it will have it though.

Buy the Windows 7 install disc and follow the steps.

Buy a windows 7 disc from a store or download it as a iso file then burn it to a disc. Once you have the disc place it in the disc drive and re-boot then at one point at start up a screen will appear saying "Press any key to boot from cd" Hit any key then follow the simple on screen instructions. Make sure you have all the system requirements though. 1GB Ram is the main requirement you will need
