No, you cant be arrested ... you might be charged with something but that would be the worse thing that could happen. I've been on chat roulette before and i saw plenty of porn things and nothing has happened to them. You'll probably just be banned for awhile or permanently, but arrest is very unlikely.

No nothing will happen, the bright side is, you can do community service now and spy on people! Go to cs.chatroulette.com and you can just click on people to mark them(like if they are porn for instance) and after 150 confirmed offenders you get unbanned.
