Build your own is your best bet, I'd say a i7 2600k and a HD 6950 unlocked.
I have it and it works well.

iBuyPower, and CyberPower make some good shit.

But if you have the time, build one. You can choose whatever specs that would fit what you would be using it for.

As the others said you are best to build your own one. I would reccomend using an i7 processor and at least 8-10gb ram
