You can try fully restoring the PC and the download and install MSN.For fully restore the PC just when it is turning on or booting or 2 second after you press the ON button hold "ctrl + F10" is a don't appear nothing try "ctrl + F12" and "ctrl + F8" when you get the menu just follow the instruction on the screen...!
