The best way would be to use a VPN. You can search around for some.

Yeah a vpn is probably the best.
My friend goes hardcore though. He uses ultrasurf, hidemyass, and a vpn Sad Awesome

I just use foxy proxy with a couple of proxy servers and I configure foxy proxy to use Tor if I want to be really hidden or go to the deep web. Might look into this Virtual Private Network thing though.

I really like hidemyass but a really goood one i use is vidproxy.com
