Have you tried using safe mode, and seeing if there is conflicts in device drivers? It also has a function to restore.

It wont let me go into safe mode the blue screen still flashs and restarts... i will check out link

Sounds like the system files are corrupted, a repair might work, check the site of course. If the disk is scratched it may not read, use another disk drive to check the disk. If it reads it is ok, and maybe that drive is going bad.

the disk works i ve tried it on other laptop...i also remember that before it went down it said bad hard drive then it tryed to scan it then it shut off
