i had windows 7 on mine and i tried to go to beta windows 8. it worked fine but i cant connect to the internet:( i called HP and everything. we tried so many thiings and still cant get it to work:/

can someone link me to a windows 7 download? the lady said i have to buy a windows 7 cd and put it in to go back to default settings(she didnt know i updated:p)

but ya i need help finding a FREE windows 7 and how to move it to a cd.

please hurry. thnks guys

I don't have a HP laptop... But just select "Detect automatically" then find a network driver. Download it and it should be self installing. Smile

i installed it. its back to windows 7 kinda. i still cant connect to the internet but im gonna install windows 7 nowSmile

Unless it's a factory image, you should still need the correct network drivers. Smile
