Login to your FTP, these details will usually be emailed to you...
Then as said above drag the entire contense of the "upload" folder...
Then go to your domain, and follow the instructions. Smile

Go to your cPanel... and select "Create table" or to your "PHP admin"... Tell me what hosting you're on, I may be able to help more. Smile
