The default home page will be called "index.html".

If you want a forum; you will need a bulletin board software... Examples of which are:

You must login or register to view this content. These will need to be uploaded via FTP.

If you want a download page I suppose I could code a nice little page for that... Or you could google about.

Cpanel already has a file manager in it and the home page is index.php
