ROLL TIDE!!!
Torrents are dependent on 2 things.

1. Make sure your port for the program is open.
2. The seeders. No matter how fast your internet is, you can only download as fast as the seeders are giving it.

it's your router dude i got an upgrade and everything fugged up i had to go into my router configuration and tweak some settings.

Most routers arrive with default, sometimes the lowest settings.

edit: I reccommend turning your firewall off like mine or if you don't want to atleast turn it to low.

Didn't realise you had OSX :p

From the settings you've posted so far:

Enable "Automatically Map Port" under the Network Tab

Set "Protocol Encryption" to "Forced" under the BitTorrent Tab

Seems to be less options that what I've got on my screen, what version of uTorrent are you using?
