(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I haven't downloaded anything really that could infect my computer and now I am getting messages that I have a Trojan horse virus! I don't want to have to restore my computer since it is a family computer! What do I need to do!? I did a full system scan already and it removed 10 but when I just got home it showed there were two more!:wtf: What is going on?:\

Click Start then Run (or in 7, click Start and type it into search box) MSCONFIG

Go to boot tab, tick Safe Mode (with minimal selected), restart PC.

Do your scans, when finished, go back to MSCONFIG, untick safe mode and restart or your PC.

Hey, I just restarted my PC and now it won't even start up. It gets a blue screen saying windows shut it down for a saftey reason and it says that everytime. Even through safe mode.

Try hitting the F8 key for the boot menu, and trying stuff like Last Known Good Configuration or Start Windows Normally.

That dosn't work either. None of them are working. I can't even log in. How can I reformat it so I can re-install windows on it?
