DDoS will be picked up by your ISP and then possibly passed on to the appropriate authorities and could result in a hefty fine or punishment. I strongly recommend you go sit in a corner and calm down and forget about it.

Plus, if you were to DDoS him you'd need more than a couple of PCs for an effective DDoS.
