Probably a bad idea. I seen a video of this one PC case made from K'nex. You could probably still find it.

i guess it wouldnt be too hard just getting a old case and drilling some case fans though?

i owuldn't make one form scrath buy a cool one and learn how to weld and paint
and you could have a really sick case

yeah like the massive old pc cases then mod it and spray and everything, would look sweet
