So i need to upgrade my graphics i think.. so can you guys help me out? I just got the Nvidia GTS 450 and no the back of the PC dosen't help to see if it will work Use one of the websites online to scan your pc to see if it is compatible with your PC.

I got the GTS 450 for £80 and its really good. Can play MW2 and COBlack Ops on very high and bad company 2 on very high. It will most definitely play TF3 and AO3 on the highest setting.

Can you post your processor,ram etc? (On win7 go to Control Panel - System)

It should work with your PC, but I would use an online scanner first. The GTS 250 I believe is also quite good and will play TF2 on medium-high. But I would go for the GTS 450 because its only a little more expensive and is future-proof.

If you want I can explain how to insert a graphics card, I can make a video tomorrow (if you remind me) showing me removing and adding one.

Ok what websites can i use to see if my computer can use a certain graphics card?

Also do you think the gts250 is enough or could i get one cheaper, im not bothered about price its just i dont want to be going over kill when i will hardlly play TF2 or other games so playing on high detail wouldn't bother me

The 8400gs wouldn't be too good I don't think. I just upgraded from the 8800gt which played bad company 2 on medium... I'd go for the GTS 250 and I think you can use nvidia to scan your system. If not just look up on google.

Edit: Don't be fooled by the "1GB" its really only 512mb and it the 'wasted system memory' it uses just slows down your PC.

ATI is cheaper than Nvidia and it got the same spec

Btw, u can get 1GB DDR2 about 65$
