I iz pro drupshut?
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); My computer is screwed up, First, there is a piece sticking out of the battery slot So whenever I tried to put the battery in it wouldn't stay, so i just jammed it up there and covered it with duct tape, which was a really bad idea. Now The battery overheats and I can't take the laptop off the charger for longer than a few minutes before it just shuts off. And recently the screen started to have some scanlines going across it in different spots. Also, there is a piece of the shell broken off that was covering a hot vent in the computer, which constantly burns you if it has contact with the skin. The computer is still eligible for warranty until 8/20, But I don't know how the warranty process goes, do I get a new computer for free or do I have to pay some sort of deductible, or will they even replace it at all. Thanks for any answers

If it's a problem not caused by the owner they'll replace it for free. If you caused the damage they won't usually repair it w/o a fee, and by the way your describing your laptops current condition it doesn't sound like it's covered for a free replacement.
