(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So yah. I need a faster PC. I want to keep the laptop I have now but speed it up for playing games like Minecraft etc. It is a Advent. I don't know anything about it at all except that I use it every day and it is 7 months old. I know I will need to show my specs but I haven't got a clue how to find them  If you know how to get them tell me please.

So what I want is a way to speed up my laptop a lot and get a lot more RAM (7-8GB) Ya. Thanks guys...

I'm not sure how easy it is to add RAM to an already build laptop. That would require you to take your entire laptop apart. It may not be impossible, but not something everyone is willing to do.

Also, you all need 2-4 gigs of RAM to play Minecraft and such. I think that is the biggest misconception when people think of PC gaming. They think they need more and more RAM to run games at maximum settings. I think if you invest in a high quality graphics card, you don't need 7-8 gigs of RAM.

I'm no PC expert, but that is some general knowledge you may not have known.
