Ignore the cart price thats without upgraded cooling
So yeah any recommendations on any of the parts listed apart from CPU and Gpu cause there top of the line pretty much

Pretty good but H67 chipset motherboard wont overclock properly you need a p67 or z68. Also you wont need a gtx590, a 580 is fine.

Actually really cant overclock in an H67, but what you said about the p and z are right. As for the 580, he could also either drop it down one and get a 570

I'd suggest an i5 2500k over the i7 2600k unless you really want it as there's not much improvement for the extra $100 or so. Also in all honesty it's best to just pirate windows and use daz loader to save a lot of money and have it work exactly the same as it would with a legit version.

what about the Asus P8P67 PRO V3 B3 Stepping will that overclock alright?

That will be fine for the most part but personally I would use this board, but I like Gigabyte;
