(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so i bought a asus p8p67 deluxe motherboard (You must login or register to view this content.)
and I installed everything including kengsinton 12 gb ram and when I boot it up, it goes on for like 1 sec then off then on again and flashes a DRAM_LED red light
I tried removing the ram, putting one ram in at a time and it still doesnt work. I even put together the computer 2 times and tried piece by piece to get it working and it still doesn't work. I think my ram slots are dead but I dont know. Any help?
It also shows error code 22 and then 52 when its boots up. I think those mean "Memory not installed" and "memory failed to boot". ANy help?

What RAM are you using? Link me to the exact product if it's possible. Thanks.

I guess it could be a lack of power from your psu.. how many watts is it? Does it have enough for your ram? (ram doesnt require much power) And if i spent all that money on a mobo and ram I would complain to the website you probably have 30 days to ship it back.

Unplug your power supply, hold the power button on the case in for about 5 seconds, take out the RAM, and then look for the lithium battery on your motherboard. Take the battery out for about a minute, and then place it back into its slot. This will reset your CMOS/BIOS settings to default. Re-install the RAM and plug in the power supply, turn the PC on, and see if there's still a problem.

That's honestly the only thing I can think of. Sad Awesome

Oh, and try not to get shocked. I'm not responsible if you do. Just make sure you do it right, it probably won't happen.

Ill try that. DO you just pull the battery out? I think its at the bottom where the power switch pins and led pins for the front are right? O btw i wont shock it I have grounding braclets and a mat

Yeah, there should be a little lever to push inside the little circle where the battery is sitting, and it'll pop out.

850 is more than enough. That isn't your problem. Collin knows more about this than me.

OK so I did this and when I start it up ,right after I do the battery thing, starts up smooth and doesnt go off but still gives me the 2 error codes. I then restarted it and when i boot it up a second time it does the same thing listed in the thread at the top..........O and when I press the reset button on the case it lights up the "CPU_LED" in red and doesnt reset the comp....
