I want to know if it can max out crysis and if not what can it max out. if theres anything missing or stuff I dont need.

I personally wouldn't use scan.co.uk. Checkout ebuyer.com, you get components cheaper. I would recommend you take a look at the ebuyer forums, they have a list of recommended power supplies there. Choose one from that list. I'm not sure if it will 'max' crysis but it will certainly play it fluently.

:dumb: Windows 7, pirate it. save $100(60 pounds or something). Besides that, everything looks OK, but you won't max our Crysis with a GTX460. I have one, I know. If you could spring for something better, like a 560, or 570 maybe.
