Error is : MYSQL ERROR : Got error -1 from storage engine
ERROR NUMBER : 1030

Sometimes it could be how you installed it maybe.

i have installed it 3 times to the same procedure as shown in the Tutorial ... :( no ideas where there is any mistakes in the TUT....

You can add it via PHPMYADMIN
