How am I suppose to upload that code on that thread to my site? And is this right code to use for what I'm trying to accomplish?

I keep getting this error:
"The components for communicating with FrontPage Server Extensions are not installed."

I'm trying to use this code to silently install toolbars on users computers as I'm not wanting to install viruses but I need some coding help I'm guessing so when my users click my site or click the "start download" button it automatically but yet silently (without them knowing) install my toolbars on their computer.

I'm still needing help with this question... Please help!
