(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am trying to make a Minecraft "Lat's Play" series, but I am having some troubles recording. I use Fraps, and I have it set to record at 50 FPS and it's still a little choppy. All I have running in the background is Google Chrome. How can I make it cleaner?

Also, I am recording my voice input with Fraps as well, and my mic is pretty quiet and there's a fuzz in the background. I use a cheap stick-like mic, not the kind you put on your head. How can I fix this?

Use Camtasia/Camstudio in my opinion it is better, your specs arent the best for recording either, consider upgrading your RAM

I don't know, I've used Camtasia before and it makes my recordings very choppy.

Record in half size with Fraps. It wont hurt the quality too bad, and it should fix some fps issues. Second off, you can use Audacity to take out background noise and make your voice louder or something.
