I get those errors when I run Task Manger and CMD. But I was Admin on my computer yesterday. And I'm also the only user on my computer. What may have happened and how can I get it back?

Have you made a batch file or installed an application? The CMD and Task Manager are set by the registrey or by the Group Policy Editor.

I installed an application, yea. But It was 1 I made in vB, so it wasn't infected. Do I need to remove it?

after you scan, you will do various registry modification methods for correcting this problem.

Method 1: Change the Task Manager Option through the Run line

Click on Start, Run and type the following command exactly and press Enter

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

Method 2: Change Task Manager through a Registry REG file

Click on Start, Run, and type Notepad and press Enter
Copy and paste the information in quote into Notepad and save it to your desktop as taskmanager.reg

I recommend you to use Malwarebytes and perform a quick scan and follow the methods.
