I suggest looking on Hack Forums, they have several free ones you can get that are like 1/34 which isn't bad.

Yeah, if you go to HF (HackForums) and find the Cryptography section (or whatever its called), it'll be filled with crypters.

There's no "best crypter", and plenty of crypters can be FUD (or re-FUDed easily), so that's not too big of a deal. There are simply crypters with more features and with less features, but all that really matters is that it produces a FUD, working stub.... right?
