you need to make sure that processor has intel virtualization technology.


Edit: I checked, it does. So, yes it can run OSX.

Use iBoot and a retail copy of snow leopard to install. Afterwards you can upgrade to the new version of snow leopard and use the tut here : You must login or register to view this content. and use multibeast for drivers. Worked for me and its fairly simple.
