Then when I tried replying it said I couldnt cause it was more than 60 days old so I created this post here and will put my message here. If you can help please do cos I really need it, or if you can merge this into another then do so. Thanks.
This may be an old thread but I really need help so here goes. I have the easycap DC60 or USB 2.0 Adapter with Audio, my laptop is using windows 7 and system is on 64bit and no matter what driver I find.....no joy at all. Someone please put me out my misery. I have researched and researched and most solutions seem to be the same as this one but like some other replies here it wont find the driver i downloaded when I go to update driver manually. Or when I try using manycam or Ulead videostudio it cannot initialise application and that the screen resolution is too small or cannot find video source try another capture device. Man why cant things be simple, thanks alot windows 7!!!
the only 2 things i can think of is either 1.you have been sold a fake ezcap, some ways you know if the ezcap is fake is if it has on it easycap instead of ezcap or if the usb on the bottom of the ezcap is gold,or 2.theres is something wrong with you usb ports, maybe from you laptop being bumped off of things, maybe go to your local pc store and see what they can do for you.Hope i helped :y:
