I don't know the pricing in the UK but I guess 130 pounds = 150 euros?
Sapphire HD 6870 = 150 euros
You won't be able to play on high, for high settings you need atleast a 6950, wich is 220 euros ( around 180 pounds I guess )
Maybe put up your budget a bit?
