I want to be able to run Minecraft UNLAGGY, And COD 4 And COD 5, Is this a good PC?
Yes, If my old PC (2,4 GHz) Could run minecraft, COD 4 and Cod 5 without lag, Then i think yours should But if u want to play other games (like GTA or Cod BO) or something, Then you should get a better PC.
But if u only want the PC to play minecraft, Cod4 and Cod5, Then its a perfect PC for you

What are you using this for? If you are using it for general things, then yes. But if you want to game or do graphical editing then you need to lean towards i5's and i7's with more RAM. But for an overall general computer it's pretty good.
Edit: Woops, didn't see your last sentence. Minecraft and Cod 4 should run well. Treyarch games eat up a lot, but should still run on medium settings.
