You can't just change your IP address to a US address, you can either try using a proxy or VPN.

You can check with your ISP, as you probably have a dynamic IP address, and they can change it for you, however this will only change the IP address to another one that has been allotted to your area, they can't just change it to a US IP address, for that you have to live in the US!

If you want to watch anime there are way more sites than funimation to watch it. For example animefreak.tv and so many others. Much easier than going through all that.
