You have to log into the cp with your admin account, then you have to administrate the sections by choosing who is available to view it. Like non registered users, registered, only.mods, only adminds etc, Yours are probably set to mods or something.

Just noticed you only have 2 usergroups in the legend. Administrators and Global Moderators...

I registered to test, and I noticed that I got into the usergroup Registered/Newly registered users which is right, but you should add them to the legend.

Your problem must have to.do that you have only chosen mods/admins to view the sections. I can't think of something else
