(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I am in the process of SEing a Razer Mamba and a Happauge HD DVR. I need some serial numbers or some product IDs to finish off the emails. Does anyone have or know where to find some #s?

If you had legitimate serial numbers it wouldn't really be social engineering would it?

How long ago is under warranty i have the receipt from bestbuy still but it has some of my cc info on it

Bought it from bestbuy 03/03/11 so i think it is under warranty and could i get in trouble for this

Yes, you're assisting in a crime, and putting your faith in an apparent stranger, trusting him not to abuse your data, report you, or get caught himself.

SE is not a crime. It is perfectly legal. Me having his S/N or PID wouldn't lead anyone to him. It would just be him assisting me in SE.
