how to change in game language for example play a japanese game but have all the items and tools in english..
Ex:
Tales of the world radient mythology 3
the games only in japanese but go inside it and translate it so that the game has all the items and cooking and tools weapons in enlighs instead of JAPanese

You would have to talk to a dev on that. Try looking in some IRCs and see if you can find a dev willing to help.
