Microsoft Security Essentials, it works pretty well although it doesn't have all the extra little features a lot of these other makers have but it will catch stuff.

AVG, Avira, use google,pastebin,youtube to get a serial code. Bitdefender is quite good also.

there are some online multi-engine virus scanners online, such as "novirus thanks".
