Phishing sites trick people into entering there personal information, it doesn't physically harm you computer/device.

Phishing websites rely on the fact that you enter in your personal information that will stored on a database, generally a simple .txt file. Now, some of this phisher sites do have malware added to them as a second setup to both trick users in giving their information and to load it on, malware that is designed for a computer can at times be loaded onto a phone and mess up the phone itself.

Not too likely unless the phone supports the programming of the virus, Iphones/touches/pads and Android phones are most vulnerable to such however.
