I asked him already about the security question and it's an old E-mail so he doesn't remember what he put, just knows the E-mail. Any help/possibilities will be appreciated.

Not much that you can do there, mate. If it was that easy, Microsoft would have patched it already. I don't really understand how you forget your password and security question... did he use the same password as his main email? That's what most people do (or at least i do )

He hasn't logged in to the e-mail in like 4 years so he kind of forgot the info ha
Well we sent Microsoft a message to see if we can request a change in e-mail so hopefully that works

Yeah we had hopes. But sadly all they did was redirect us to the password recovery which we can't get through
Sucks because it was his main Xbox LIVE account.
