Just deleting the browser history and temporary internet files is fine. Why would anyone go to the trouble of using and advanced tool to go find files unless they were out to find what you've been doing?

In reality nothing gets deleted when you click delete, it just puts markers on the hard drive that says "you can use this space" and hence why recovery programs can get things back.
