metasploit doesnt work like that, as far as i know taking control of someones computer via i.p. is impossible. i mean if it were everyone would do it. because finding i.p. addresses is simple so yeah. the only thing you can do with an ip that is bad really is flood it.

Yea like the other guy said doubt its possible I mean ips are soo easy to find I mean little kids on xbox with cain and able are hitting people offline imagine what they would do with your computer

IP stands for Internet Protocol, all that is is something to identify you. It's like your name, you have a first and last name, we have the IP and a Port. You get the similarity. You would need the first and last name of someone to get a package, if you only had the first name, it wouldn't get anywhere, same goes with IP and Port.

Aside from that, you can't send anything to them as nothing is receiving, it's just floating up in the air. We would have to receive a command to load that software on our computers, and because of that, you would need something loaded onto someones computer which means the IP means nothing since you are doing other things apart from the IP.

In essence, no you can't.
