Simply send them an email with a link to a IP fetching website that will email you back.

Easily done if you have them on Facebook or something. Make sure the fetcher site is a redirect site that redirects them to a video on YouTube or something so they don't know what just hit them.

First you need to gain access to there network through Ethernet or WiFi, for WiFi it depends on what encryption type they have used to secure there network WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy)is the easiest and you should have no problems its when they start using wpa/wpa2 , now these encryption types have only one venerability which is a word-list attack which could take a wile, if you don't know anything about cracking wireless access point passwords then Google aircrack-ng tutorials.
Once you have gained then you can use programs like Cain and Able which has a flooding tool build in, and use there ip sniffer function to find all the ip addresses and mac addresses of the computer connected to the network, please not you will not be able to sniff the ip address of computers on a different unless you are connected to the network.
Im not trying to be a smart ass but its not called ddosing when you are the only one doing it, its called dosing when you are the only one doing it.

An easier way would be to use a WiFi pineapple im not going to explain it much becuase it takes to long but basically it just exploits the auto connect function when you turn on you computer to automatically connect to your home network, so basically when you turn it on everyone within range on the device will automatically connect to this device thinking that it is its home network but really its connected to the pineapple and your computer, and if your computer is connected to the internet then thats even better because say they go on facebook and type in there email and password its passes through your pineapple and computer to get to the internet and all the way back again thus allowing you to see there email and password in plain text also you are able to see the sites they have been on change what websites look like ect, and if you use it with metasploit then basically you own there computer period.

The following user groaned V1NTO for this awful post:
