What are you looking on creating with this programming language?
Or even what are you planning on designing with this programming language?

HTML, Jquery, Javascript, PHP, CSS...
Are all good for beginning purposes but of course there are basics and advanced.

You're probably best of starting with HTML to start with then slowly start progressing on to CSS or something similar like Javascript or Jquery.
These are used for most developed websites also known as web designs but can be used for a lot more and can achieve bigger success.

If you're wanting to create a user interface program then i would suggest you to start looking at C# or VB.net just as a beginners choice but once you have some sort of understanding of C# it's near enough the same sort of concept for each individual Objective C however is a little more technical but of course C++, C# etc all run of the same routine so you wouldn't have to start learning again since the tags are the only thing's thats changing preferably as well as a little more but you'll pick up those extra's as you become more advanced, the more you code and the more you practice the easier it becomes and you manage to find your way around the whole scripting scenario a lot easier with shortcuts and unnecessary coding.

You're best of looking through a range of forums on scripting/programming as well as reading different websites (w3schools etc) but i would preferably find some ebooks to download.

Web development - HTML, CCS
Programs - Visual Basic, C++, C#
It really depends on what you want to code.

programming isnt html unlike most lead you to believe so to even state a web scripting language is kinda dumb when your talking about mw2 gsc code , but on topic c# is your best bet there are a lot of ppl on here who would help lead you in the right direction in terms of correct help and not spoon feeding you it either and c++ is great to use but you need to understand basics first and your just making programs start with c# first
also if you care about program security c# isnt always the most secure way to go

I would suggest you use VB.net or Python. Though you may be comfortable with c++.
