A program called WPE Pro is probably the most used packet editor and allows you to save packets.

Just because this functionality is available in the program doesn't mean it will work. When connecting to websites the ports you connect through may change on a regular basis, so would need to record some packets when connecting to the site and change your saved packet information accordingly.

Did you not read what I put? I told you what program you need, I just told you that what you're trying to do might not be as easy as you think?

Did you not read what a put -.- I thank you for trying to help and I understand what you are saying BUT this will not fulfill my needs because I cannot simply sit there and save 10000 packets then send them 10 seconds later. I need a program built for the purpose I am saying, if there is even one.

Where are you getting this 10 seconds later from? You can save em, reboot your machine, go for a walk, buy a pizza, dance, then come back and send them if you really want?

Because I will be sending them 10 seconds later about.... I am doing something completely different then you are thinking which I cannot mention. Thats why I need a packet HOLDER not SAVER... Like this

Packet stops at a red light
Red light for 10 seconds
Goes through at Green light

Right ok I'm with you. The first thread's a bit missleading.

The only thing I can think of anything like that is a firefox plugin called tamper data, which when you click a link for e.g it comes up with a box asking whether or not you want to tamper the data which will hold sending the packets till you click continue, but you would have to be in firefox to do it, which may be useless to you.

Other then that program I haven't heard of any like it. You could google tamper data alternatives or something though.
