(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've been ratted (at least I think).
The guy opened a chat with me,
the one I've seen in other people being ratted.
Idk what could be the cause, but can someone please help me out?

1. Unplug your internet
2. Transfer only important files to an external HDD or USB (no .exe's)
3. Reinstall Windows.

RIP PICHU.
check your computers temp files. go open up my computer and change folder view to show hidden. with this, seach your C:/ for a folder called temp. often times viruses like the RAT will be sent there hidden out of site from average computer users. simply shut off or unplug your internet, reboot your computer and then end process to most of your processes that is running except things like explorer. dont shut down system processes though. now clear out the temp of everything. the server is generally there and if that didnt stop it do whatthe person above said...

sorry for bad grammmar on itouch 2:45 in the morning, can't sleep due to stomach ache..

firstly, shut off your internet on that pc. next download this (You must login or register to view this content.) and this (You must login or register to view this content.)

the first download link is hijackthis. this will help you identify where the rat is hiding.

the second link is fileassasin. this is to help get rid of the rat if (and it probably will be) it is protected.

then run hijackthis. have a look through there and see if any thing on the list looks strange. also, post your log and ill have a look through it for you. also, have a look in taskmanager for any processes you dont recognize. again, post a screenshot and ill have a look.

then, you can use file assasin to delete the files we just identified.

both these programs are very easy to use, hence i have not posted detailed instructions.

post back if you have any questions, hope this helps Smile

Download Malwarebytes: You must login or register to view this content.
Put your laptop into safe mode
Do a full scan of everything
99% of the time Malwarebytes will find the RAT
If it's FUD then you're going to have to backup important files and restore.. Easiest way probably
:p
