(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello,

I am thinking about an own application development. I have a little knowledge in C. While I was doing a research on the Internet found a site (You must login or register to view this content.) that has many sample programs. The sample programs were developed with a software called Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK. Then I noticed that in order to evaluate the software C# knowledge is required. Thus I have no experience in C# I request your help. Could you provide me with good tutorials or books how to start? Maybe I will also try to use Visual Studio. Thanks, hope you will be able to guide me.

First of all, a good developer software for the C# language would be Visual Studios C# Express 2010, it is free and is what is used in the colleges and for hobby programmers.

It's what I prefer as well since it is made by Microsoft and the C# language is, well, developed by Microsoft.

A good way to get started would to get a basic understanding of programming. Python would be the best choice as it will familiarize you with syntax and is similar to C#.

You could, if you wanted, and just skip that and get a book Programming for Dummies C#. You can find these on the web from torrent sites, be careful and run it through a VPN so you don't get possibly caught.

It will take a few months to get somewhat decent with the C# language. If you are in need of any help, you can get a hold of me through AIM: NGUPichu

I completely agree with what Pitchu said above. You should start off with a basic programming languages; Python is a great beginner. Then maybe move on to VisualBasic as it is a .NET language and then you should start to learn C#. That will give you a good understanding on the syntax and Framework!

Ofcourse that's not necessary.
I started off with GSC (cod coding) then went too C#, C++, Objective C and everything for web development.

But i agree with Pichu.

GSC is not a programming language, it is a syntax similar to C++ created by Infinity Ward for personalisation. The way I described it is the best route to learn programming and learn the Frameworks and dependencies. Nothing
is necessary, I can just start learning Objective C, or Java even if I have no knowledge in any type of language, it depends on a persons learning speed and familiarisation.

Just informing you. Alot of people confuse GSC engine with the C++ syntax, which actually annoys me. And good for you, hope you get far with what your doing!
